Find your ideal venue in New Jersey, whether it’s along the beach, at an estate, or among the vineyards in this comprehensive wedding venues list.
New Jersey is home to some truly incredible venues that can really set the tone of the day. And choosing what style of venue you’d like, all depends on the vibe you want for your day and in your photos. If you want a laid-back wedding, but with stunning views, you may opt for a venue on the Jersey Shore. Or if you want a venue filled with class to create a luxurious event, an estate venue may be more your vibe. To help you decide, here are some of my favorite venues for all different styles!
Nothing beats the views of the Jershey shore, and it couldn’t be a more beautiful backdrop for a wedding! Here are a couple of my favorite New Jersey beach wedding venues!
Bonnet Island Estate is a breathtaking estate in Manahwakin, New Jersey that sits on it’s own private island. It has gorgeous traditional Nantucket-style buildings that sit alongside all the surrounding dunes and wetlands, making it such a stunning setting for a wedding! The Boathouse Chapel is definitely the treasure of the property, as it was transported piece by piece from New England and features a huge river-stone fireplace that is the heart of the building.
The Grand Hotel of Cape May is an absolute gem, and is a popular destination for a reason! It has the full package with a stunning place to stay, pool, top-notch dining, complimentary bikes, and of course the gorgeous beach. You can choose to say your vows directly on the beach, or use their beautiful oceanfront sundeck that can host up to 350 guests. There’s multiple reception spaces to choose form as well, and you have access to an on-site wedding planner to help your day come together perfectly. Cape May is my favorite seaside town, and this is definitely one of your best venue options here!
Mc Loone’s Pier House on the Jersey Shore sits at the heart of Pier Village with an oceanfront restaurant that is an ideal space for weddings. You can plan a ceremony on the sand with the breathtaking ocean views, then head to a reception in the Atlantic Room, where you have floor-to-ceiling windows to continue enjoying the surroundings. Every detail has been thought out here and this family-run venue makes sure your day is nothing short of perfect!
With a bit of rustic charm, Unionville Vineyards sits on 88 acres in the hillsides of Unterdon County. Their 1858 Farmhouse makes the perfect spot to get ready with your favorite people, and you’ll say your vows underneath the trees with the view of the vineyards. The reception space is a luxury tented patio area where you can still take in the beautiful grounds.
Nothing says luxury and romance more than an estate wedding, and there’s no shortage of that style of venues here! All of these listed below are equally stunning.
Ashford Estate wows you from the second you arrive onto the property, and the entrance itself is incredible with access on a small wooded road and over an antique steel bridge. You find a crushed stone driveway that is lined with trees, leading you to the gorgeous estate. There are hundreds of acres that includes stone ruins, fountains, waterfalls, garden arbors, and of course gorgeous views. There are multiple buildings on the property that all have incredible architectural details that you can utilize for your day. To say this is one of the most stunning wedding venues here in New Jersey would be an understatement!
Park Chateau Estate is a stunning venue sitting on 15 acres in East Brunswick, New Jersey, which is conveniently located for those in the tristate area. Here you feel as if you’ve been transported to a European countryside, with it’s stunning architecture and the perfectly manicured grounds. The outdoore ceremonies give a stunning view of the property with a backdrop of one of the fountains, or utilize their gorgeous chapel instead. No matter where you are on the property, you’re sure to be amazed by all of the beauty!
The Rockleigh in Rockleigh, North Jersey is a stunning estate-style venue that has perfectly lanscaped gardens and fountains that create a pretty magical atmosphere. Maybe you’re more into venues with a little bit of rustic charm, and there are many of those here in New Jersey as well! Here are a couple you can consider.
The Farmhouse in West Hampton, NJ is a 330-year old historical estate that sits on 10 acres filled with beautiful towering oak trees and lush gardens. It has so many unique aspects, like the original Schoolhouse and the Kissing Tree. Choose from a reception in the silo with an equestrian and craftsman feel, or the Grand Ballroom with exposed beams and vintage finishes. The ceremony space is a peaceful spot on the property with a beautiful gazebo as a backdrop. This is the perfect rustic venue with a very classy vibe!
Hamilton Manor is a perfect blend of a little bit of rustic charm, mixed with a modern touch. The grounds are gorgeous and filled with opportunities for photos! The grand ballroom covers an expansive space and has stunning glass chandeliers that create a pretty magical atmosphere. You can choose from both indoor and outdoor ceremony options, and have the convenience of both a groom and bridal suite on the property!
Country clubs create a very elegant atmosphere for a wedding, and are truly timeless. Here are a few of my favorites!
If the idea of a luxurious and timeless golf club wedding sounds ideal, Hamilton Farms Golf Club in Gladstone, New Jersey is a top choice. The grounds are perfectly manicured and make a stunning background for such an important occasion. The clubhouse includes beautiful and historical bricks, and the outdoor ceremony space gives a perfect view of the course.
Brooklake Country Club is a magical setting just 45 minutes outside of NYC in Morris County, New Jersey. The ceremony spot has unrivalled views, with it being set directly in front of a lake and surrounded by the gorgeous course.
